Show Notes

Welcome to BuiltOnAir, a podcast and video series about all things Airtable. Each episode, we talk with someone active in the Airtable community to discuss their experiences and showcase an interesting way they’ve used Airtable in their work.

In this episode, we’re joined by Justin Barrett, who tells us the interesting career path he took from animator to actor to sports team community relations director. In addition to all his work, Justin is also an Airtable Community Leader who spends much of his free time helping people better understand the program in the community forums. A testament to his unique approach to problem solving, Justin shows us a task tracking base with formulas, filtered views, and categorization all aimed at showing him only what he needs to see at any given time. Far and above the ordinary task tracker, its robust setup accounts for repeating tasks, and organizes everything to help the user build good daily habits through repetition, encouraging the tackling tasks in a particular, consistent order.
